Since oligodendroglioma was first described by Bailey & Cushing in 1926, there have been numerous studies

Of all brain tumors the oligodendroglioma is the most likely to contain calcareous deposits which can be demonstrated radiologically 4n 40% to50%.
It consists of a continbus sheet of uniformed. small, round& densely packed cells interruptedly only by remarkbaly regular network of shall blood vessels in histology.
We have been recently experienced of a case of typical oligodendroglioma and reviewed the literatures.
